You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Plant care accessories
  • Unopened plant care products

Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of our customers, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable items such as soil or fertilizer that have been opened
  • Plants that show signs of disease or pest infestation
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and return address
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the return authorization number with your return
  5. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us first to confirm availability. Exchanges follow the same return process, and any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee the health of all plants upon delivery. If your plant arrives in poor condition or dies within 7 days of delivery due to shipping stress, please contact us for a replacement or refund. Photographic evidence may be required.
